SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING POLICY
We ship all domestic purchases via USPS. Please note that while we do offer expedited service through USPS, in-stock orders are generally processed in 2-3 business days. Items not in-stock at the time of order will automatically be put on backorder status and shipped when available. Orders will be partially shipped unless specified by the customer. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
As actual shipping charges frequently are updated by the carrier from the initial online estimates, we reserve the right to charge for any additional shipping costs.
Some items may require an export license which could delay your shipment. This affects shipments to APO/FPO's.
In an effort to reduce fraud and theft, ALL shipments are sent as "SIGNATURE REQUIRED" for delivery. Please contact your local carrier if you are experiencing issues receiving your package.
WARRANTY
If a defect in materials or workmanship is found in any of our products, we will repair or replace it, free of charge, for the lifetime of the product. This excludes normal wear and tear. Be aware that the customer is responsible for any and all return shipping charges. This applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferrable.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We will gladly accept any returns on the condition that the item includes all of the original packaging, instructions, receipt and has not been laundered. Please do not send any items back unless you have contacted a sales representative first. Items must be received within 60 days from date of purchase. It must be unused and undamaged. All returns will be carefully inspected before giving a refund, credit or exchange. The customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges.
